• Been the first CEO of the office of institutional advancement at IIT Madras and raised 100 crores funds on a steady state basis.
• Currently the office has grown to a 50 member team with about 220 crores funds raised last year.
• Apart from IIT madras , I have enabled IIT Hyderabad , The Hyderabad Public school to set up alumni and fundraising organizations.
• An independent consultant for academic Institutions , Currently engaged with IIT Madras with - Gopalakrishnan-Deshpande center for innovation and entrepreneurship, The Hyderabad Public school and PAN IIT Alumni Reach for India foundation.

• Previously, she honed her skills in technology management at Zoho Corporation, where she provided mobile app support for CRM, help desk, and project management software, showcasing her proficiency in handling diverse tech platforms.
• Her experience extends to Naturals, India's largest salon chain, where she played a pivotal role in constructing CRM systems, customer support portal, and training LMS, demonstrating her ability to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
• Notably, she coordinated the implementation of billing software across India for Naturals, showcasing her knack for executing large-scale tech initiatives efficiently.
• With a track record of leveraging technology to drive organizational growth and efficiency, she remains committed to advancing the mission of Madras Christian College through innovative tech solutions.

Mr Gabriel Sundar Raj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in relationship management, CSR partnerships, and program management. Currently serving as the Relationship Manager for the Alumni and Development Office at Madras Christian College, Gabriel excels in fostering alumni networks and mobilizing resources for student development. His career spans significant roles in organizations such as United Way of Chennai and the Confederation of Indian Industry, where he managed CSR projects, corporate volunteering, and donor relations.

Gabriel holds a Master's in Development Management from the Madras School of Social Work, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Anna University, and a bachelor's in Commerce from Madras Christian College. He is known for his strengths in project management, leadership development, and corporate donor coordination, Gabriel is dedicated to advancing social development and sustainability through policy-making and advocacy. In addition to his professional skills, he has a passion for designing garments, makeup artistry, and playing musical instruments.
