Memoria '99 - Celebrating 25 Glorious Years of the 1999 Pass-out Batch

We are thrilled to invite you to Memoria '99, a momentous occasion marking the 25th Anniversary Celebration of our cherished 1999 pass-out batch!

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025

• Time: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Venue: MCC Campus, Tambaram

This special day promises to be filled with nostalgia, laughter, and heartfelt moments as we reconnect, reminisce, and relive the memories that shaped us.

Registration Charges: Rs.2500, incl. GST per person.

The registration fee collected for the upcoming Batch Alumni Reunion will be allocated towards:

• Catering: Ensuring a delightful dining experience for all attendees.
• Mementos and Souvenirs: Cherished keepsakes to celebrate the occasion.
• Event management: A fund to manage event expenses such as videography, group photos, infrastructure and other miscellaneous expenses. 
• Contingency Fund: A reserve to manage any unexpected expenses.

Important Information

• ⁠Account transparency - All accounting and expenses will be transparent. 
• ⁠Representatives for each department will be appointed for coordination. 
• ⁠The program agenda will be announced once finalized.
• Registrations once done cannot be cancelled.

Batch Endowment Fund Initiative

In addition to this, we are thrilled to share our plan to establish a Batch Endowment Fund, as detailed in the attached proposal. This initiative aims to create a lasting legacy and impact to strengthen our alma mater. 

Utilization of Batch Endowment Funds

The contributions to (or the interest earned from) the Batch Endowment Fund will be directed towards various student welfare schemes & initiatives like:

1. Manna Scheme : Providing free lunch for underprivileged students, ensuring their nutritional needs are met while they focus on academics.

2. Support a Manipur Student : Covering tuition and hostel fees for deserving students from Manipur, helping them overcome financial hurdles and achieve their academic goals.

3. Foster a Student : Offering comprehensive tuition and hall fee support to promising students in need, enabling them to excel in their studies without financial worries.
